CERTIFIED ORGANIC MATERIALS

All of our composts and the majority of our mulches are certified as organic from their producers. Even the dye used on the mulch is a food grade organic dye! These materials follow closely monitored processes to ensure that only organic qualifying materials are used in the production and composition of the refined materials and that no chemicals are ever used in any part of the process. If you are looking for Certified Organic Materials, contact us today so that we can connect you to the various options that might best suite your project, purpose, and needs.

RECYCLED & REPURPOSED MATERIALS

As construction projects abound throughout the Concrete Jungle we call the DFW Metroplex, a frequent task is the demolition and disposal of existing concrete roadways, approaches, curbs, and even structures. These materials could easily be taken to landfills or dump sites and covered up, but instead are recycled and repurposed as they are crushed down to make various aggregates. The high PSI in the vast majority of the concrete that is being disposed of allows for the production of items like Recycled Flexbase which is able to meet the TxDOT specification for hardness, which is also screened for consistency at the different gradations of crushed stone sizes. This is a great way to take something that is considered waste and give it new life with meaningful purpose, while not having to remove anything additional from the plant. If you still have questions about recycled and repurposed materials, contact us today!

SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS

The recycling of concrete roadways and structures gives life to the aggregates, sand, and other raw materials that were used in the production of the concrete, and these recycled materials last lifetimes. This is the fulfillment of sustainable materials at its finest. Additionally, other naturally occurring and mined materials such as river rock and limestone also carry these same traits of sustainability in that they also last lifetimes and are also low maintenance options for driveways, flowerbeds, and decorative areas. Once installed, these materials never need to be removed or replaced and take no special care to maintain. Touch base with us today to find out more and to determine which Sustainable Materials might be best for your next project.

RECYCLED GREEN WASTE

Another common task with new construction and even with some existing construction projects is the removal of trees and brush debris. A necessary evil in the development process of growth results in changing landscapes but the good news is that when it comes to this "waste", instead of hauling the debris that is generated to a landfill, it can be recycled and used in Green Waste based composts as well as various Native Hardwood Mulches and Cedar Mulch. Still have questions about Recycled Green Waste? Reach out today! We're here to help!

NATURAL SOIL MATERIALS

In a day and age when everything seems to have some kind of additive and amendment, we still have multiple materials that are mined straight from the earth, often from the formation of large multi-acre ponds. There are no chemical additives, no amendments. Just sands, soils, and aggregates straight from the Earth.

REIMAGINED MATERIALS

Perhaps one of the best offerings we have are our materials that are considered reimagined. Over the years certain materials have been mined at heavy rates. One of these is a specific topsoil classified as Sandy Loam. This material consists of 3 main parts: clay, sand, and silt. Instead of destroying more land, much effort has been given toward developing blends of materials that are readily available in order to replicate Sandy Loam and find viable alternatives that still produce great results for the intended end use. If you're interested in our reimagined materials, give us a call today to see how we can help you!
